When will my order be completed?

All custom orders booked during this event will be scheduled for completion no later than November 5, 2026.

Design and production scheduling begins after your booking is secured and is assigned based on order date.

Earlier completion dates may be available depending on design, scheduling, and production timelines.

Is availability limited?

Yes. This is a limited booking event. Bookings will close when all available spots are filled or when the promotion ends, whichever comes first.

Yes. Custom orders can be scheduled around weddings, rodeos, pageants, and other special events depending on availability.

What happens after I place my booking deposit?

Is my booking deposit refundable?

All custom booking deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of each design.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of each item, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered. Each piece is individually crafted, which may include slight variations that make every design unique.
